GlennyB had some unfortunate luck during the contest. One of his NBA picks ended up as a no-play when the game was cancelled due to court condensation issues - the court was literally too wet to play on. In a contest this tight, losing a pick opportunity to a cancelled game can be the difference between first and second place. Tough break for GlennyB, but that's sports - sometimes you can't control the circumstances.

Basketball dominated pick volume, accounting for nearly 70% of all plays. The community went 87-87 (50.0% win rate) on hoops - perfectly balanced. NBA and college basketball action was constant throughout January, giving users plenty of daily options.
Football was the surprise performer. Despite accounting for only 23.2% of picks (58 total), the community crushed it at 32-26 (55.2% win rate). The tail end of the NFL season and playoff games proved profitable for those who focused on the gridiron.
Hockey saw limited action with just 14 picks, going 6-8 (42.9% win rate). Soccer had minimal activity with 4 picks total.
